My EXT battery is dead so the remote is usless. The key doesn’t work in the door locks. Tried some WD40 and some PB Cleaner. Is there a way I can force the hood open to jump start it? Or a way I can open the rear seats from the truck area?

Or does this car have power ports anywhere I can hookup a cigarette lighter adapter to ?

I don’t know why the door locks aren’t working. Im guessing the previous owner never used the door locks and always used the remote fob which caused the locks to become corroded.

I have a Dual Weave Mesh Grille and pushing the latch with a screwdriver horizontally isn’t doing anything. Am i suppose to be using a lot of force with this? Or any other tricks?

Does the EXT have any power ports in the back of the truck ?

Or is it easy to open the back seats from the trunk area when you can’t get inside?

Any other tips other than slim jim?

Gm cars usually have a jump point on the front of the engine. It will be a red box. You might be able to crawl underneath and access the box without opening the hood. Then just attach the other lead to the frame or engine block somewhere. It might give you enough power to get the power door locks to work.

What would be cheaper.
To buy a GPS ($1,500) and get it installed or have a sunroof put in?
I don’t know the price it costs to have a GPS installed.
PLEASE help.

don’t get an aftermarket sunroof. they ALWAYS leak after a couple of years. most good shops i know won’t do them just for that reason

It does seem to be marketed towards women, much like the Ford Probe was.
However, in my opinion, unless the vehicle is painted pink with flower decals – or camoflaged complete with a 12" lift and tractor tires – it really doesn’t have a gender.

WHENEVER IM ABOUT TO PARK AND I STEER TO THE LEFT OR THE RIGHT ALL THE WAY IT TURNS OFF BEFORE I CAN EVEN PARK….CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK!!!!!

You probably need to clean and adjust the throttle blades to fix your problem.
